The Housing Code Appeals Committee consists of the building inspector, theTown Engineer, and the town Fire Marshal and four (4) electors of the town who shall be appointed by the town council for terms of two years.  The Housing Code of Appeals Committee considers home owners appeals to a determination of violation of the Director of Health.
