The Local Emergency Planning Committee (LEPC) is charged with the responsibility of ensuring that plans are developed to respond to hazardous materials spills and other unintentional chemical releases.  The LEPC is also the clearinghouse for information on the presence of hazardous substances in Town.

The committee meets three (3) times per calendar year.
