The Facilities Services Department is responsible for the management, maintenance and construction of all municipal buildings. The Department performs or manages all repairs, preventive maintenance, custodial services, construction and project planning using skilled in-house staff and contracted service providers. Utility and communication accounts for Town Agencies are also managed by Facilities Services.
All public building projects are managed by the Department and staff support is provided to the Public Buildings Commission.
