NEW: Public Hearing Confirmed for January 11th
A public hearing has been confirmed for January 11th, 2018 from 1:00 pm to 10:00 pm in Council Chambers of Town Hall. The Council will conduct a public field review of the proposed project beginning at 2:00 pm, an evidentiary session will start at 3:00 pm, and public comment session will take place at 6:30 pm. September 27, 2017: Public Hearing Tentatively Scheduled and Application Document Now Available
The CT Siting Council public hearing is tentatively scheduled for the afternoon and evening of Thursday, January 11, 2018 in Council Chambers, 2155 Main Street, Glastonbury. July 7, 2017 - Public Info Hearing and Balloon Float Announcements Made
The Town Council will hold a Public Information Hearing at 8:00 p.m. on Tuesday, August 1, 2017 in the Council Chambers of Town Hall, 2155 Main Street, to hear a presentation and receive public comment on the proposed location of a 150 foot communication tower, to be located at the 63 Woodland Street property.
A balloon float is scheduled for 8:00 a.m. to 12 noon on Tuesday, July 18, 2017. In the event of unsuitable weather, the balloon float will be rescheduled for July 20th or 21st.

Per Town Manager note to Town Council, the 90 day local review process started upon the receipt of the letter by Cuddy & Feder previously distributed to Council. This 90 day period precedes the formal application and Siting Council process. A balloon float will be scheduled over the coming weeks and the Town will be advised of the time and date. The background report developed to date will be posted as available.
