Online Program Evaluation

The Glastonbury Parks & Recreation Department is pleased to have you participate in our programs. We recognize the importance of providing the highest level of service to Town residents, and would appreciate hearing from you concerning your experience in specific programs and/or activities.

At the completion of most programs, an evaluation is either e-mailed or distributed. If you have already completed one, THANK YOU! If not, and you would like to provide input on a program you have recently participated in, please CLICK HERE submit an online evaluation.
