J.B. Williams Park, located on Neipsic Road, encompasses 161.9 acres of woodlands. Facilities include hiking trails, a softball field, pavilion, pond and children's playground. The 40'x40' park pavilion is available for rental and includes a kitchen with an upright refrigerator, pot sink, serving center and stove. Handicapped accessible restrooms are available for both men and women. The lower pond is a popular location for ice skating in the winter. CLICK HERE to download the trail guide.DirectionsRoute 2 East to Exit 9. Take a left at the end of the exit ramp. Go about 1 ½ miles and the park will be on your left. Route 2 West to Exit 10. At the end of the exit ramp take a right onto Manchester Road. Follow Manchester Road for about 2 miles until a stop sign at the intersection of Manchester Road and Neipsic Road. Take a left onto Neipsic Road (Neipsic Road will come to a stop, take a left to continue on Neipsic Road). Continue on Neipsic Road for approximately 1 ½ - 2 miles and the park will be on your right.
