Public Health Emergency Information

 This page will be used to post information for the public in the event of a public health emergency that directly affects our community.  Our department is currently collecting information about Town of Glastonbury Residents who made need addition help or planning in the event of public health emergency.  This information can also be used by the 911 system when responding to a 911 call.  Please call the health department for more information about being on the list which is connected to your home phone number which must be a land line, not a cell phone.  860 652 7534.  You can also download the attached form and mail it in and we will add you to our alert system.
