Recruitment Process
When there is a vacancy, you must complete an Employment Application and submit it prior to the closing date. Once your application is reviewed, you will be notified. The time line will vary based on the position. Time may vary from 3 weeks to 3 months. Candidates are kept abreast of the process along the way.

If you are chosen to continue in the recruitment process, you will be invited to a test process based on the position for which you applied. If you are successful in passing the test(s) and you are among the top five (5), your name will be submitted to the department director where the vacancy exist.

After interviewing the 5 candidates submitted, the director will make a recommendation to the Town Manager offering the job to one of the 5 candidates.
